Abstract:

Objective Numerous environmental challenges and issues have emerged, including the exacerbation of environmental pollution, particulate matter concerns, and problems related to water and air pollution. These challenges also extend to jeopardizing food security and pollution resulting from electronic waste disposal. In response to these issues, along with the intensifying pressure of public regulations and competition among a wide range of organizations, there is a growing need to prioritize environmental matters and consumer health. Organizations are increasingly recognizing the importance of balancing these concerns with their traditional focus on profit and sales. Along with the companies that are determined to provide environmentally friendly products and consider this to be their duty and social responsibility, some companies try to deceive customers by claiming to produce green products. Some companies have used methods such as greenwashing to mislead consumers to benefit from the benefits of this claim by claiming to pay attention to environmental issues. The present research was conducted to present a model of the formation of the phenomenon of brand greenwashing in Iranian organizations. This study utilizes a mixed-method Approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative methods within the inductive paradigm. In terms of its purpose, it adopts an inductive Approach, while in its nature and method, it follows a sequential exploratory design.   Methodology The research's statistical population consisted of 15 marketing management professors from Iranian universities, all of whom specialized in the field of marketing and had published articles related to social marketing. The selection of participants followed the principle of theoretical adequacy, employing a purposeful sampling method. In the qualitative part, a semi-structured interview was used to collect data, the validity and reliability of which was confirmed using the CVR coefficient and the Kappa-Cohen test, and the data obtained from the interview were analyzed using the Atlas.ti software. The theme was analyzed based on coding. The indicators and components of brand greenwashing were identified from the codes obtained from these interviews. In the quantitative part, a pairwise comparison questionnaire of the interpretive structural Approach was used to collect data, and its validity and reliability were confirmed using content validity and retesting, presented using the interpretive structural method of the greenwashing brand model. Findings The study's findings reveal the indicators and components of brand greenwashing and propose a five-level model to describe brand greenwashing. In the proposed model, the fifth level encompasses weaknesses or the absence of transparent laws, the presence of ambiguous regulations, pressures from both internal and external stakeholders, stringent standards, and a general lack of transparency. In the research model, the fourth level encompasses the creation of space for extensive media claims, the emergence of negative word-of-mouth advertising, legal restrictions for non-green products or practices, the imperative of documenting green claims, and strategies aimed at undermining competitors. The lack of mechanisms for evaluating green claims, covering the real weaknesses of green, superficiality and ignorance of customers about green activities, and brand deception form the third level of the developed model. magnifying and exaggerating the performance, creating an atmosphere of green mistrust, the short-term horizon of the brand, and taking advantage of the benefits of being green constitute the second level of the model. At the first level of the model, factors such as changes in customers' consumption patterns, the utilization of green laws for financial gain, the reduction of the company's long-term value, and the brand's weak performance are recognized.   Conclusion The results indicate that companies are trying to convince their stakeholders to obtain financial resources (profitability) with the help of the greenwashing Approach. Also, the results show that brand washing will ultimately lead to poor performance and a decrease in the value of the company in the long run. Based on the recorded findings, the obtained model suggests that the fifth level termed the foundational level, exerts the most significant influence on the subsequent levels of the model: the fourth, third, and second levels. These levels interact with their preceding ones and impact the following ones. Ultimately, the first level, known as the outcome level, is recognized as the most influential within the model.

Abstract:

The versification of prose narrative has always been of interest to Persian language poets. One of the most important courses of versification of religious narrative in Iran, which has attracted no attention yet, is that of old testament narrative story. In this process, some adjuncts are added to the prose narratives. In this study, however, some of narrative poems from the old testament, namely, The Letter of Moses and Joseph and Zuleikha by Shahin Shirazi, and Aqidat-Yashaq by Molla Aminahave been analyzed and the causality patterns of these adjuncts extracted. The results imply that the causality pattern of these adjuncts show interpretive, expansive, and associative patterns. In interpretation pattern, the cause of one vague event is expressed through real and sometimes superfine events. In developmental pattern, some adjuncts like destiny and the companionship of God with his prophets, physical features, spiritual features and misery are added to the context. In associative pattern, the association between a part and a similar whole has been used. Since all of these patterns are used in the old testament, it is likely that later poets have adopted such patterns. Finally, it should be mentioned that such adjuncts are to persuade and direct the reader, not merely to have a creative and literary narrative.

Abstract:

The organization's leadership does not always show a good face; abusive supervision is one of the dark sides of leadership in the organization which the present study has examined its consequences according to the interpretive structural modeling Approach. The statistical population of the study consisted of 15 executives of Arsanjan city who were identified and cooperated by using conceptual and snowball sampling. After identifying consequences of abusive supervision through literature review, fuzzy Delphi technique and a survey of experts (executives) were used to screen data of the previous step. After validating this step, in the next step, the related questionnaire was designed and presented to the same experts in order to discover the interpretive structural model. According to the results of data analysis, seven variables in four levels were identified as the consequences of abusive supervision. The first level consisted of individual-attitudinal and individual-psychological consequences, and the second level included individual-behavioral consequences. The third level included individual-Psychosomatic consequences and the fourth level consisted of group, intra-organizational, and outside organizational consequences.

Abstract:

The use of patience as a common attribute between God and human in the Holy Qur'an and the avoidance of attributing the control of wrath to the Almighty God denote a difference of meaning between the two word and the phrase, especially in the case of God; such a difference can be taken as a reason for studying the semantic differences between the two in the Qur'an and, in particular, in relation to The Almighty. The word and phrase patience and control of wrath in a general sense denote a deterrence and self-control in the one qualified with, but patience has been used in man and God is both, while and control of wrath has been regarded as a specific human state. The most important sources that can help us to more accurately understand the meaning of these two words and their differences are Interpretative study and the use of interpretive sources, these sources indicate that neither the word patience and nor the phrase control wrath may be realized in Divine Essence.

Abstract:

Today, countries need management of knowledge resources and, in particular, the knowledge creation for knowledge development. There are lots of studies in the field of organizational knowledge creation and so various models have been developed for this purpose. But, the important point is that the creation of knowledge has so far been at the organizational level and in some cases cross-organization and among the subset of a parent organization. The innovation of this article is identifying the process of knowledge creation at the national level. For this purpose, based on the literature review and analyzing the research gap, using the Delphi method and a survey of experts, possible processes at the national knowledge creation has been addressed. The panel of experts includes seven professors and experts in the field of knowledge management, who are both theoretically and experimentally familiar with this concept. The results of Delphi technique show that the processes of socialization, externalization, combination, culture creation, application, and internalization can be referred to as the processes of national knowledge creation. Using interpretive structural modeling, it was revealed that the processes of socialization, internalization and externalization are at level 1, the processes of culture and combination are in the second level and the process of application is at the third level of the model.

Abstract:

Objective: The current study aimed at designing a green human resource management model in sport organizations. Methodology: This research work was practical in terms of purpose and was descriptive-scrolling in terms of nature and method. The statistical population in the study included the experts and managers of the sport organizations in the Lorestan Province, twenty-four members of whom were selected by purposeful judgment sampling. The data collection tool was made by questionnaires, the validity and reliability of which were tested using the content validity and retest reliability. In this research work, the template of the developed model consisted of two parts. In the first section, through an exploratory study and the expert opinions, 14 main factors of success of Green Human Resource Management were identified. In the second part, using the Interpretative-structural modeling Approach, the relations and sequences of the variables were extracted in eight levels, and finally classified according to the power degree of influence and dependence. Results: The findings showed an environmental conservation around the organization; the support of managers and shareholders acted as a basis. Respectively, these two factors had the most impact on the other variables, i. e. the triggering or exacerbation of other variables in the direction of Green Human Resource management in the organization. Conclusion: The model provides insight to managers, and can help them to use natural resources efficiently by applying techniques and strategies to help Green Human Resource management. It also enhances productivity, reduction of costs, and creation of a better atmosphere for the participation of individuals in the organization.

Abstract:

Tabari’s exegesis is one of the important exegeses of the Quran and Abu Ja’far Muhammad bin Jarir Tabari is one of the great Muslim exegetists. Though tabari never spoke explicitly about his Interpretative principles but through delving into his interpretations and the way of dealing with the Quranic verses and the views of other exegetists we can find out his principles. Thus in our discussion we will refer to the following as tabari’s principles in his Jami’al-bayan: outward being of the verses, method, the judgment of reason, authentic narration consensus of the people of tawil or the view of their majority, ordinary expressive style or Arab, principality of generalization, culture of the age of nuzul and analogy.
